Centvise requests access to Gmail solely to send payroll-related notifications and reminders on behalf of the accountant. We do not read, store, or modify any emails from the user's inbox.
We use collected data to provide payroll services, generate reports such as T4, and send reminders to employers regarding employee work hours.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal or business data with third parties.
Users can revoke Gmail access at any time from their Google account settings.
